This is late notice for those of you who aren’t yet aware of our next gathering… but on Sunday, June 8th, at 3:30 p.m., a group of Epinoians will be meeting in the upstairs cafe’s at Fifth Street Public Market in Eugene. We will be discussing Brennan Manning’s The Wisdom of Tenderness.

The book should be available at several local bookstores, and the Eugene Library, or you can help support Epinoia Café by purchasing the book on Amazon.com by clicking here.

Even if you’re not able to read the book in time for the meeting, we’d love to have you join us.

Would love to be there, but my BEAUTIFUL SMART TALENTED AMAZING Noelle graduates from Seattle Pacific on June 7th at 12:30 at Qwest field. I plan to still be celebrating her awesomeness at 3:30 on the 8th! :-)

No worries. We’re doing these gatherings once a month… plus I’ve been talking with Rick and Anthony on separate occations about expanding Epinoia to include more gatherings.

Tell Noe that I’m proud of her… she finished quicker than I did… but then so have most people. Have a great weekend in Seattle with her!

About Epinoia Café

“Epinoia” means to be among those who think, imagine, envision, or formulate an idea. It’s a thought by way of a design. We are here to share thought, to wonder, imagine and express ourselves through writing. “Cafe” means, well, I think we all know what “cafe” is. However, because this site is founded in the great northwest one of the cultural happenings is stopping by the cafe for something to satisfy the caffeine addiction or to just meet with friends to enjoy the company and share our thoughts and visions or to just check in with one another. No need for the caffeine. That’s just a by product. But a lot happens at the cafe. Lives are changed by the experiences there or maybe not but one thing is certain, it’s a safe place to share what’s on your mind. Thanks for stopping by. We hope you’ll pull up a chair, grab your drink of choice and speak your mind.
