Do you have complete faith in Jesus? Not the prayer meeting Jesus or the flannel Board Jesus but the Jesus who came to earth as God’s son so that we can live. Very soon the Santa Jesus will arrive in a store near you. I’ve actually already seen signs of Christmas in the malls. This is the Good Deeds Jesus that the world loves to experience.

The real Jesus did not come to shower us with gifts. He is the gift. The real Jesus didn’t come to do good deeds, He is the good deed. The real Jesus came to teach us how to live. He came to show us faith and that without Him there is no life. The real Jesus can’t be found in a place or a season or a greeting card. He is found, for me, when none of my earthly remedies or cures produce answers. He is found when all my gifts and talents give out on me and can produce nothing. He is found when I stop trying to be Jesus, and let Him.
